CatWalk 11 uses a new high-definition Basler camera with a much higher resolution (1920 x 1216 pixels, compared to 640 x 480 before), and a higher frame rate.
The new camera also features a wide-angle, low-distortion lens for more consistent accuracy, and is paired with a 10 Gigabit interface card instead of 1 Gigabit .Improved image and data quality: The upgraded camera system enables sharper footprint images, more precise paw contact detection, and better separation of toe prints, giving you improved detail and accuracy in your data .
Automated setup and calibration: CatWalk 11 introduces a Noldus Calibration Card that ensures easy and accurate setup. Walkway calibration and definition are now fully automated and can be done in less than 5 minutes . Focusing the camera is now quicker and more reliable.
Software enhancements: All parameter units are now consistent and exported in Excel. Walkway calibration and definition are now detected and defined automatically .
