We offer tailored video tracking systems including the hardware for housing animals and for capturing video, and EthoVision XT software for video tracking and analysis.
EthoVision XT is the most powerful and flexible video tracking software in the world, with by far the largest literature output to back up that claim. It can be used with virtually any organism in any arena. Features include machine learning, marker-less tracking of groups, automatic experimental control, and the most powerful data selection and analysis features on the market.
The DanioVision system provides the perfect environment for zebrafish embryo and larvae testing.
Mazes are custom-built to a variety of specific dimensions and setups, with or without Infra-red (IR). Tracksys designed the first IR mazes for rodent behaviour studies, overcoming the difficulty of video tracking rodents with mixed coat colours, and eliminating reflections caused by urine.
Tracksys IR mazes eliminate the above problems, are built to order and also supplied in a range of standard sizes.
PhenoTyper is an observation home-cage system completely optimised for video tracking, where rodent behaviour is automatically monitored. Activity and movement are continuously measured and analysed using EthoVision XT. PhenoTyper can be configured to suit the behavioural test required. Using EthoVision XT 18, you can track two socially-housed rodents without adding a colour mark.
DanioScope is a non-invasive video analysis tool to investigate zebrafish embryo and larvae parameters.
